And here is it: On March 16th, one of the most famous metal bands in the world, will be here in Colombia on their Latin America tour “By Request” playing 17 of the most demanded songs by request, this band is Metallica, which current members are James Hetfield on the rhythm guitar, Lars Ulrich on the drums, Kirk Hammett on the lead guitar and Robert Trujillo on the bass guitar. This tour will begin in Bogotá, Colombia and will have its end in Buenos Aires, Argentina on March 30th. The band already announce their setlist to the event at the Simón Bolívar Park, which is Outstanding! The openers for the Band will be Nepentes, a local Noise/Hard Rock Band and a Paraguayan poor children Orchestra from Cateura which instruments are made of recycled objects. In this amazing program we describes some spectacular events, Let me start with: Festival iberoamericano de teatro, is the largest theater festival in the world. Artist comes from all over the world to act and perform for it. Is catalog one of the best cultural event in Colombia. You can see the people act or you can act in the festival. Is an incredible activity for people that love art. It is celebrate on Easter week, this year from April 4th to 20th. The second event that we recommend, is FILBO, or feria internacional del libro. From Colonial Times, our first cathedral besides being the only one in Bogota is located in the place where it was built the first church that existed in the city in 1539 by decree of founder Gonzalo Jiménez de Quesada. . The last time was it was restored in 1998 and has a rectangular plan and three naves of the same height. The first and second with groined vaults. As for the facade is two bodies, the first has a Doric order and the second along with the towers have an Ionic order.

METALLICA IN COLOMBIA

For today’s music section we have one of the most relevant news for the Colombian Rock and Metal fanatics!
And here is it:
On March 16th, one of the most famous metal bands in the world, will be here in Colombia on their Latin America tour “By Request” playing 17 of the most demanded songs by request, this band is Metallica, which current members are James Hetfield on the rhythm guitar, Lars Ulrich on the drums, Kirk Hammett on the lead guitar and Robert Trujillo on the bass guitar.
This tour will begin in Bogotá, Colombia and will have its end in Buenos Aires, Argentina on March 30th.
The band already announce their setlist to the event at the Simón Bolívar Park, which is Outstanding!
The openers for the Band will be Nepentes, a local Noise/Hard Rock Band and a Paraguayan poor children Orchestra from Cateura which instruments are made of recycled objects.
Furthermore a long awaited band called “De La Tierra” will make their debut as an international guest band which well-known members are Sr. Flavio from Los Fabulosos Cadillacs, Andreas Kisser from Sepultura, Alex "El Animal" González from Maná y Andrés Giménez from D-Mente y A.N.I.M.A.L.
We wait an event as amazing as the band who will make the Simón Bolívar Park explode.

“La espina mala”: A play terrifying in Bogota.
Hello ladys and gentlemans
I told about the famous play in Bogota, the house theatre of Bogota is currently presenting theatrical horror “La Mala Espina” a play produced by the Theatre Company Live in Colombia and directed by Mauricio Suarez.
The plays have dramaturgical and terrifying stories in which the public has the opportunity to be part of the show and interact with the actors , and allows the person to choose a role within the work , either villain or hero, It is amazing! You can go with your family and friends.
The premiere is Friday 3th in October 2014 from 7:00 pm, the tour lasts 1 hour and admission to The House Theater is every 20 minutes in groups of seven persons. Tickets are priced at $ 35,000 general admission and $ 50,000 preferential admission.

Chinese circus in bogota This spectacle will be performed near of "Campin Stadium " and it going to show everyday from 700 pm to 500 am. The tickets will be cheaper for everybody . So you can go with all your family.This kind of events are for all ages from the youngest to the elderly.This circus is really safe and the best part of all is that they don't use animals for the spectacle.

ResponderEliminarBogotá is a vibrant city with a busy calendar mixing traditional events, there are many thing to do and see. In this amazing program we describes some spectacular events, Let me start with:
Festival iberoamericano de teatro, is the largest theater festival in the world. Artist comes from all over the world to act and perform for it. Is catalog one of the best cultural event in Colombia. You can see the people act or you can act in the festival. Is an incredible activity for people that love art. It is celebrate on Easter week, this year from April 4th to 20th.
The second event that we recommend, is FILBO, or feria internacional del libro. It is the biggest literary event in Colombia, which promotes reading and Colombian editorials. In addition, international writers come to it. Another aspect is that every year one country is the special guest. It is special for people who likes read and want to buy books.
Laura: The third event, is for people who loves rock, the name is rock al parque, is one of the largest rock festival in south America, it takes place every year in the park Simon Bolivar in the beginning of July. Many artists of all over the world came to this concert, and obviously are many national artists.
And the last event, we describe an recommend is the Bogota’s fashion week, this is an event where the Colombian fashion designers present their new collection. It is important for the textile industry and for modelling.
To conclude, there are many things to see and do in Bogota,we only presents this four events because we don´t have many time. We hope you liked, and you want go to one of this events.
